REGISTRATION For the 2024 -2025 School Year
The Day School provides preschool programs for part-time (half days) and full-time students (full days) including an after-school program for elementary-aged children. An annual registration is held in January of each year for classes that start the following August for Full-time and the following September for Part-time.

PLEASE CALL THE DAY SCHOOL AT 813-960-1694 FOR MORE INFORMATION OR TO SCHEDULE A TOUR OF THE DAY SCHOOL. TOURS ARE AVAILABLE M-F WITH AN APPOINTMENT (FROM 9:30 AM TO 11:00 AM).
Registration for the 2024 – 2025 School Year is as follows:
“In-House Registration”: January 8th - January 19th (Current Bay Hope Day School Families)
“Open Registration” Online Lottery: January 8th - January 19th (Former Families, Church Members & New Bay Hope Families)
An Enrollment Request Form (Available January 8th) will need to be completed online and submitted before the deadline. Once the “OPEN REGISTRATION” is closed, children’s names will be electronically selected from the online lottery in random order.
Within 15-20 days from the date of the electronic draw, parents will be notified of their status (selected or waitlisted) depending on name order and availability of the program selected at the time of the online lottery draw.

Availability & Waitlist: The Day School provides part-time and full-time preschool for children ages 2-5 years of age and an after-school program for 6 area elementary schools (Northwest, Schwarzkopf, McKitrick, Hammond, Sunlake Academy and Mother Teresa of Calcutta).

Summer 2024 Program Registration
(Full-time Preschool & Elementary After-School)
(Currently enrolled students & families only - see below)
To enroll your child (currently enrolled students only) in the summer 2024 program, please submit your child’s first and last name and your email address. You will receive an email confirming enrollment. You must submit a request for each child you wish to enroll. Requests for summer 2024 must be received by or before April 26th, 2024.
SUMMER 2024 PROGRAM INFORMATION:
The summer program (7am to 6pm) will begin on Tuesday, May 28th and will end on Friday, July 26th.
The Day School will be closed the week of July 29th for teacher training and planning for the fall program. Children enrolled in the fall program will begin their new classroom assignments on Monday, August 5th, 2024.

enrollment Applications for 2024 - 2025:
Once you have been notified about program availability, you will need to complete and submit your child’s application in- person to the Day School office.
Registration at Bay Hope Day School is not complete until we have officially received your child’s application and registration fee. Registration fees are payable with a check or money order only - we do not accept credit cards for registration fees or tuition fees.
Please open save application on your desktop - and Edit (don’t download) . Enrollment applications are fillable PDF’s - please complete by typing your information on enrollment form. Once the application is complete, please print and deliver to the Day School with a Registration Fee. If you are enrolling your child for the current school-year, a supply fee is also due at the time of Registration.
REGISTRATION AND SUPPLY FEES:
If you are registering for the following school year, a Registration Fee is due with your child’s Enrollment Form. The Supply fees are due in April and must be paid by April 30th of each year. Failure to pay your supply fee by May 1st could result in losing your spot to another child on the waiting list.
Registration and Supply Fee are annual fees and are non-refundable once payment is made.
