M/T/W/Th/F | 2:30pm-6:00pm

Financial Policies

We expect your childcare and tuition payments to be made on a timely basis and that your account is kept current.  If your account falls more than 1 cycle payment behind, you will be asked to keep your child at home until payment is received in full.

Invoices for Tuition and/or Child Care expenses are not billed, unless your account becomes PAST DUE and a late payment fee has been added to the account.

TIMELY PAYMENTS: 

Part-time   (8:30 -12:15 pm or 1:15 pm)

Nine (9) equal payments are expected from September through May.  Part-time tuition is paid on a monthly basis and is due on the 5th of each month. A late fee of $10 is charged if tuition is not received in-house by the 10th day of each mont

Full-time and Elementary After School Program  (6:45 am-6:00 pm)        

Weekly tuition is a pre-paid expense and is due on Monday and late if not paid by Wednesday of each week.  A late payment fee of $10 will be added to your account if payment has not been received by that time.

PAYMENT METHODS: 

Tuition Express:  Our preferred method of paying for your childcare and tuition fees is through Tuition Express.  You authorize Bay Hope Day School to do an automatic EFT (electronic funds transfer) through your checking or savings account and your childcare and tuition fees are posted directly to your account.

In-House: Checks or Money Order only. 

Online Banking:  Arrange with your bank for online banking and checking options. 

RETURNED CHECKS:

The charge for a returned check is $25.
