Bay Hope Day School

Thank you for your interest in Bay Hope Day School. We are a faith-based and non-profit preschool program and a ministry of Bay Hope Church. The Day School provides part-time (mornings only) and full-time (all day) preschool for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds as well as an after-school program for 6 area elementary schools for children grades K-5 at our Lakeshore Campus. 

Our Westchase Campus offers an elementary after-school program for 4 area schools with current openings. Preschool will be available soon at our Westchase Campus. Please call us at 813-960-1694 for more information or email us at dayschool@bayhope.com.

The Day School holds “Open Registration” every January for the programs that begin the following  fall. Our Full-time Program begins in August and our Part-time Programs begin in September.

Registration 2026-2027 School Year

“In House” Families:

Registration for “In-House” families Begins January 5th through January 16th, 2026. Parents must submit their child’s application by or before January 16th.

“Open Registration” - This is an online lottery (Lakeshore campus only)

Registration for New & Returning Bay Hope Day School families & Bay Hope Church Members - January 7th through January 23rd.

Parents will need to complete and submit an Enrollment Request Form (Available January 7th) to be included on our “Online Lottery”. Once parents submit the Enrollment Request Form, they will be automatically entered into the lottery.

Parents will also receive an email with a confirmation number within 3 days of submitting the form.

Once the lottery deadline has passed, children’s names will be electronically selected from the online lottery in random order.

Within 20 days from the date of the electronic draw, parents will be notified of their status (selected or waitlisted) depending on name order and availability of program selection at the time of the online lottery draw. If you submitted your request but have not heard from us, please send an email to dayschool@bayhope.com so we can check on the status.

Below is the form to enter into our online lottery. If your child is currently enrolled at Bay Hope Day School, please do not use this form to Re-Register your child or siblings.

TOURS:

A virtual tour is available from our Home Page. In-Person tours are available M-F from 9:30 am to 11:00 am with an appointment. Please call the Day School at 813-960-1694 or email us at dayschool@bayhope.com

REGISTRATION AND SUPPLY FEES: 

If you are registering for the following school year, a Registration Fee is due with your child’s Enrollment Form. The Supply fees are due in April and must be paid by April 30th of each year.  Failure to pay your supply fee by May 1st could result in losing your spot to another child on the waiting list.

Registration and Supply Fee are annual fees and are non-refundable once payment is made.
